Overall the rental went well. The car was not a Hyundai E20, but another Renault. The only downside was the process of getting the car. I arrived exactly at the appointed time listed on the website, but I had to wait outside for about two hours. Apparently they either forgot about my arrival or something happened. Mustafa, who was in charge, "faded" (disappeared) and found another firm. Through her, they too took a long time to sort things out, traveling and saying they would be "about to". In the end, the wait was prolonged and it was cold outside. The most frustrating part was they would not communicate the status on their own. I constantly had to write to them myself and find out where they were, when they would be, whether I should wait further or already contact another company and leave. That was the main disadvantage. Everything else was fine: - The car was turned in with a full tank. - When I received the tank was empty, I filled it up completely, but used a little less than half of it. We talked about this point when handing it over - there were no problems. - We also looked at how much extra we had to pay for toll roads, but in the end they just said the total amount without deciphering it. Please do not deceive your customers or give correct information about the car!
