We took this car for 2 weeks. The car is new, comfortable, in excellent condition. The representative of the rental company met us at the airport, took us to the office (10 minutes). The registration was done quite quickly, we paid in cash. Since we took full insurance, no deposit was required. We took additional insurance for absence of police report in case of damage. Since we took the car in the evening, in a poorly lit parking lot it is difficult to see the existing damage, but with full insurance it is not required. When returning in this case, respectively, there are no questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the operation of the car and the renter. The only thing, I recommend you to make a reserve at delivery. We handed in at 7 am before the flight. We had to wait 30min, because the employee apparently took the previous clients to the airport, a little nervous. But in the end, everything was accepted, we were taken to the same car, all in time. In general, I recommend.

All in all, good. However, they did not bring me a Citroen, but an Opel Crossland. Overall, it made no difference to me. The car was new and clean. Didn't cause any problems. Except that the almost empty tank at delivery is very unaccustomed. It was a little bit difficult to get together with the person who gave the car. In the first place, there were intermediate intermediaries, in the second person hardly spoke English (I ended up calling so that it was faster to agree). The contract is in Turkish, the employee who gave the car did not answer very well even with an interpreter and was in a hurry - I never realized whether my conditions for hull insurance were in line with the order or not. On the car itself - I had to pump up the wheels, good thing there is such an opportunity at gas stations. Among the unexpected surprises - summer tires in January (can I write it off to the region of issue?), which limited my choice of travel destinations (Cappadocia was canceled immediately due to snowfall). I'd also like to know in advance that you have to pay for parking at the airport (antalya) when leaving the airport. Little chance people won't have a card/liras at the moment.

Increase the cost twice and in fact you have nowhere to go because you are with suitcases. We refused them and said to take us to the airport, when already booked another car began to write agreeing with the terms of the reservation, and still $ 60 more expensive, because we already had a deposit paid to the office did not want to deal with the return and agreed, they came and took us. Spent on all this 1-30, very many times I have booked cars, this has not happened yet. On the return wrote a day in advance that we will be 8-00 because we need to go to the airport. At 8-00 no one, no one on the phone, WhatsApp does not answer waited until 8-40, wrote that I will leave at the airport. Just drove away began to call, had to return. So guys do not advise these people, if you do not go spend your time and nerves. There are other suppliers on this site who fulfill the conditions and it all takes 10 minutes.
