The manager was in touch, the only disadvantage was that he did not immediately send confirmation of booking and payment. When handing the car back - everything went quickly and without complaints. 1) transparent pricing on the website 2) convenient prepayment by ruble card / cash on the spot. No international bank cards were required 3) we were given a different car - instead of Kashkay - Opel Grandland (new, 2025). Even a light class upgrade 4) everything is fine with the car, we had a great ride. 5) final payment without any surprises at all - the Turks sent me a screenshot from local state services with my fines (it amounted to 700 liras - pennies). I gave it to them and everything was fine. A slight disadvantage - the Turks who brought / took the car (different people) did not speak English, not a word at all, not even numerals. In Russian, of course, too. But they explained themselves.
