We were given a Citroen C4 as a replacement car, which was quite an unexpected event for us! The car is both higher in class and more spacious! We were two adults and two children, and the trip from the airport to the resort meant a 4 hour drive! So thank you very much for this surprise! The car is fresh, with low mileage. Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!

1. A friend of the car owner's brother's friend arrived and he was 45 minutes late, even though I had sent the arrival time in advance. 2 . In the so-called office (5-10 min) started twisting arms. The brother demanded a deposit of 300 euros, otherwise he will not give the car. It was useless to show the terms of lease, taken from your site, call the owner, he would not talk to me. Also he demanded to pay insurance 80 dollars. So we argued in broken English for about an hour. Anyway, I paid $75. my brother wrote something in the contract and I left. 3. When returning the car their manager was 15 minutes late and tried to demand money for washing, although I washed the car before handing it over. Disgusting office, I do not recommend it, why deceive customers. P.S. You owe me 75 dollars.

No additional options were imposed on us, the car was quite fresh. All minor chips and scratches on the body were fixed and we drove away. We took Fiat Egea for 11 days. The car did not let us down once. Simple car on mechanics, roomy enough, just what we needed. We handed over the car as quickly and without problems and questions. On our car we were taken to the airport. We are satisfied with everything, thank you very much. Next year we plan to rent a car 🚗 from this company.

Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time.
