Everything went well: the representative met me at Istanbul Airport in the parking lot, he was on the phone, so it was quick to find him. Then he took us to the office, where I signed the contract, paid the balance and received the car. The car itself was certainly not in the best shape (all defects were documented) and in minimal equipment (aux output and Bluetooth were missing, I could not put my music). On the road, the car did not let me down, even a little pleased with the low fuel consumption (1000 km on one tank passed). I rented in another city, in Antalya, I wrote the address of the office near the airport, took the car without problems and EVEN did not take money from me for travel on toll roads (and I drove half of Turkey on them). Drove me to the terminal. Rating = a solid 4+ (I took without a deposit, but with extra payment for delivery = $200+-).

The rental went well, the car met expectations, no complaints here The only unpleasant moment: the car was booked with the condition of no deposit, but on the day of receiving the car in the office I was asked for a deposit, I had to argue and show the voucher, after 30 minutes of waiting in the office managers confirmed that the deposit is really not needed, for this they had to make several calls.

I rented at Istanbul airport for 8 days with return at the airport. I liked everything, the car is almost new (2000 km of mileage), there were no problems when renting and returning (there was full insurance without deductible). I found out the name of the rental company from the correspondence with the manager of aggregator. The office of the rental company is located on one of the floors of a huge 6-storey parking lot with other companies. The company works 24/7, so the return at 7 am did not cause any problems. I recommend takecars.com for travelers.

We loved the fact that the company provides a service of delivery and return of the car directly to the hotel - it was incredibly convenient, especially at the beginning of the trip. The car was delivered exactly at the agreed time, clean, well-maintained and fully ready for use. During all the days of renting the car never let us down: it worked properly, it was pleasant and comfortable to drive both in the city and outside it. We would also like to note the punctuality and responsibility of the staff: we picked up the car without any delays, which is very important when you plan the time of the trip. In general, we were very satisfied with the service: everything is clear, transparent and hassle-free.
