And the cost of renting a new car is usually higher than used cars. So I rented a car of 2024 year of release, as it was stated on the website of the rental company, and received a car of 2019 year of release with a mileage of 165 thousand kilometers. The interior was heavily smoked and the driver's seat was burned with cigarettes. I spend a lot of time in the car as I travel around the area and so the condition of the car is important to me! Please do not deceive your customers or give correct information about the car! On the site takecars.com there were cars of the same class but older by year of manufacture and these offers were cheaper, and I chose your company because the year of manufacture of the car was specified 2024, and I received a car of completely different quality.

We had our first experience of renting a car in another country and everything went well. The car was dropped off at the Istanbul airport, and everything was quickly formalized. If they ask you to bring the car to the office and not to the airport, it's okay. The office is not far away and they will organize a transfer for you. The deposit was also returned without any questions. In general, everything went smoothly, the car did not let us down and allowed us to travel 2000+ km in this wonderful country

everything went perfectly! we had a slight misunderstanding with the delivery of the car - it was brought to a nearby hotel for some reason, but we figured it out, found each other, explained everything to us in an accessible way, signed the documents and parted. The only thing that was not very convenient was that the car was practically with an empty tank, but it was enough to get to the gas station, so everything was fine :) The driver's side mirror did not hold in the car, but we folded the piece of paper five times, put it between the casing and the mirror and that's it it was great :) otherwise the car is 100% working, I liked everything, what we paid for, we got it, and we paid very cheaply when compared with competitors! There was also a problem with the fact that the car did not come to the hotel either, but we successfully found each other again, the car was checked and we parted, everything ended well. Despite some unfortunate coincidences, I am very pleased and plan to contact you next year if we are in the same region! thanks for your work!

On the whole, everything went well. The car was different, but better. We couldn't take cash in euros because there was no change, so we had to pay by card. The return went smoothly, we had full insurance, so we just took the keys. Plus on the base checked the fines (they were not) and the cost of travel on toll roads. I paid cash for that. All in all everything went well, if it wasn't for the unexpected payment from the card.

We ended up with a Peugeot 2008 with a surcharge, Duster was not available, the proposed Citroen C4X did not meet our requirements. But all in all, everything was perfect!

The best value for money! I got exactly the car I was hoping for and for the price I agreed on. There are no additional or hidden charges. However, there are nuances, knowing which can make the trip even better. Talk in advance about where, who and at what time you will meet at the airport exit, and how to act if you did not find each other. I wasn't met. Good thing I had internet access from my cell phone as WiFi outside the terminal didn't work. Clarify what cards are accepted for payment. Gazprombank's UnionPay didn't work for me (although it works in many outlets in Turkey). Tip to the aggregator: give the option of full, not partial prepayment. Be sure to take out a full package of all possible insurances. Find out if there will be coverage for windows/mirrors and tires. Not only inspect the car inside and out before acceptance, but take pictures of any defects, odometer and fuel readings. Don't be in a hurry to drive far away right away. Mechanical defects may appear on the move. On my car the robotized transmission worked badly, but I realized it only after a few kilometers, and did not return to replace the car. Fortunately, the car withstood all the way. Have a nice vacation!

I rented a car through this site for the second time and, unfortunately, I was not very lucky the second time. I booked in advance SCODA SCALA, separately wrote a message that this particular car is important, that there will be a lot of luggage. Nobody answered me. At the airport we were met quickly, then we went to the office, which was next to the airport. And here two not very pleasant things happened. First, you could not leave a deposit of 200 dollars in cash, only by card and only your own (it's my fault, I didn't think there would be a problem with it). Since I do not have a foreign card, and my wife's card refused to accept, they said that we can pay an extra $50 for "SUPER COVERAGE". On my question that we already had included was "Super CASCO", I was told that this is even better.... But okay, paid...We go outside and I am told that our car is Renault CLIO. And it does not fit more than two suitcases. And we only had 4 suitcases! Then there were long arguments, calls somewhere...They said that there were no other options. It was lucky that my brother was already in the city (arrived a day earlier), I said that we refuse in this case, called my brother, threw him the address to pick me up with my wife. And only then they said that there was another car. In the end they gave us a FIAT with a normal trunk and we left. It was a pity for time, nerves and 50$ that we paid for "SUPER-ULTRA CASCO".
