When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.
