My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.

We had our first experience of renting a car in another country and everything went well. The car was dropped off at the Istanbul airport, and everything was quickly formalized. The car was new, clean and without defects. There were some delays in communication, but this is more a difference in mentality than an indicator of service. This is what I mean - you should not expect quick answers and inclusiveness, you should let go of all worries and just enjoy the flow of life here We returned the car in Antalya. If they ask you to bring the car to the office and not to the airport, it's okay. The office is not far away and they will organize a transfer for you. The deposit was also returned without any questions. In general, everything went smoothly, the car did not let us down and allowed us to travel 2000+ km in this wonderful country

I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.

everything went perfectly! we had a slight misunderstanding with the delivery of the car - it was brought to a nearby hotel for some reason, but we figured it out, found each other, explained everything to us in an accessible way, signed the documents and parted. The only thing that was not very convenient was that the car was practically with an empty tank, but it was enough to get to the gas station, so everything was fine :) The driver's side mirror did not hold in the car, but we folded the piece of paper five times, put it between the casing and the mirror and that's it it was great :) otherwise the car is 100% working, I liked everything, what we paid for, we got it, and we paid very cheaply when compared with competitors! There was also a problem with the fact that the car did not come to the hotel either, but we successfully found each other again, the car was checked and we parted, everything ended well. Despite some unfortunate coincidences, I am very pleased and plan to contact you next year if we are in the same region! thanks for your work!

We rented a Skoda Scala, but as we were told it was in an accident before our rental, so we were given a Toyota Corola. The car itself was a class above (I guess) but also quite "tired": 1. The brakes worked badly - the pedal was too soft and the car braked at the very last moment 2. the interior was dirty (with trash from previous renters and a dusty interior) 3. On the body almost all elements were damaged (it did not affect the driving qualities and we were not asked for them, but the moment of aesthetics is still important)))) In general, the car coped with its task - took us to all the planned places).
