I requested a C3, but was given a Kia Sportage Diesel. Everything went great, from picking me up at the airport to dropping the car off at the agency. The car is in excellent condition, clean and no damage. Total mileage for 2 weeks was about 1800km, including the mountain serpentines Antalya-Oludeniz-Alania, as well as Green Canyon. If they ask you to bring the car to the office and not to the airport, it's okay. The office is not far away and they will organize a transfer for you. The deposit was also returned without any questions. In general, everything went smoothly, the car did not let us down and allowed us to travel 2000+ km in this wonderful country

How it went: The service is excellent - the pickup/delivery process itself was clear and comfortable, thank you very much. ) The car itself externally was not very good: the whole front was scratched, the bumper on the left was coming off the fender, the cover around the gear knob was "ripped out", the vent.grills in the cabin were broken. ( And there was an unpleasant odor when the engine was running - a stench. I contacted the renter, he reassured me that it will pass - indeed, after 150-200 km it passed. But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.

It went well, the car was delivered on time, the car was clean, in good working order, for a week of use I had only positive impressions. From minuses - I wanted Toyota, instead of it they brought a choice of Opel or Kia (compact crossovers) - the class is higher, but I wanted a sedan Toyota. And payment by card - I thought from the card through the terminal will write off 330$, but in fact the calculation was in lira and wrote off about 350$ (cash even with the ATM fee would have been cheaper).

I would like to share my impressions from my trip to Turkey in September 2024 and renting a car from TakeCars. I booked a Reno Clio with full insurance for 7 days on the TakeCars website. When booking on the website I paid part of the payment with a Russian card. On arrival the guys quickly met me at the airport, they spoke a little Russian + smartphone translator :). We got to the office in 10 minutes, while the documents were being processed, we were treated to coffee. The car was a Hunday i20, but from the same line, so we were happy. It never let us down, economical and reliable car. We drove straight away to Oludeniz, then along the coast to Kemer. The car was taken without problems and unnecessary questions. As a result we saw a lot of beautiful and extremely beautiful locations, beaches from Fethiye to Kash, butterfly bay, Saklikent canyon, Lycian trail, ancient amphitheaters and a lot of things along the way. You should definitely travel by car. I recommend TakeCars. Fast, budget and reliable!

Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!

We checked in, drove out, soon an error appeared, we were shocked, we wrote to the rental company, to what they answered us: we gave you the car without an error, solve the problem yourself. In the end the error was tire pressure, we had to go to the service. The car fiat egia burns diesel as not in itself, on 700 km we spent 40 liters. Not economical car. And the conclusion of the review I will write that the change to us gave us such dollars, which were not accepted anywhere. With us worked employee named Burak. I do not recommend this company. Although we handed over the car without problems and quickly.
