We refused them and said to take us to the airport, when already booked another car began to write agreeing with the terms of the reservation, and still $ 60 more expensive, because we already had a deposit paid to the office did not want to deal with the return and agreed, they came and took us. Spent on all this 1-30, very many times I have booked cars, this has not happened yet. On the return wrote a day in advance that we will be 8-00 because we need to go to the airport. At 8-00 no one, no one on the phone, WhatsApp does not answer waited until 8-40, wrote that I will leave at the airport. Just drove away began to call, had to return. They are quite high, so I would recommend using the insurance if possible. The car itself was in good condition, the only thing was that the brakes were squeaking and getting hot - they obviously need maintenance. But I think this problem arose later, so there are no complaints.

But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.
