After ordering Opel Combo and the first installment we were informed that there were problems with this car and offered Opel Zafira. I agreed, as there is such a model for 5 seats. At the airport we were brought to 9 seats, which I was just shocked. We were 2 with my wife. But I had to take her. Everything went well. Only we overpaid for everything - in parking lots, on the highway for the size of the car, for gasoline consumption.

Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. I asked to change the time of pickup and return of the car in advance, but the owner of the local company categorically refused to provide the car by the time specified in the voucher, assuring me that he knew nothing about it, until I threw him a screenshot. After that I did not have to sit at the airport all day and the car was given only in the time specified in the old voucher. I was given a completely different car -renault symbol. I returned the car after the rental in perfect condition, it was washed and even put paper mats in the cabin.I returned the car 12 hours ahead of schedule.I had to wait for the owner under the closed office and call him, although I warned in advance about the time of return.I asked to take me to the bus station, I was late for the bus, but they refused and took me only to the nearest subway stop. I gave the car cleaner than I received and for the gasoline bought with my money and time saved for the company, he could have gone to a meeting.

On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. 1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.
