And please be ready to pay about 100 Turkish lira for cleaning the car you have rented.

I had to change money at the airport at an unfavorable rate to refuel on the way from the airport to the city. I also had to pay for toll roads when handing over the car - it's normal, but it would be good to bring some printout with expenses, or send it to watsap, not just to name a figure. Thank you!

We rented a car on takecars.com in Antalya. The car was needed for only 24 hours, and we booked 4 days before the rental day. On other sites car rental was from 3 days and with a large deposit. Here we booked the car for only 1 day without any deposit (with full insurance). The car was brought to us at the airport at night as soon as we arrived, and also took us to the airport to the next plane (also at night). We are 100% satisfied with the service. The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

How it went: The service is excellent - the pickup/delivery process itself was clear and comfortable, thank you very much. ) The car itself externally was not very good: the whole front was scratched, the bumper on the left was coming off the fender, the cover around the gear knob was "ripped out", the vent.grills in the cabin were broken. ( And there was an unpleasant odor when the engine was running - a stench. I contacted the renter, he reassured me that it will pass - indeed, after 150-200 km it passed. But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.
