I rented a car in October 2024 in Antalya Airport, Turkey. I booked it in advance. Я received a confirmation quickly. The quality of service is at a high level. WhatsApp has support. Disadvantage 1. it's a wait? When they pick me up from terminal 2 of the airport. 2. The car was with an empty tank. No complaints about the quality of service. Я quickly handed over the car. I will use the service again.

The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!

The local traffic police stopped the car and said it was illegal and demanded a fine. They sort of got out of it, but it was not pleasant. The company itself who rented out the car said that everything is fine, the main thing is not to get caught. Very strange. I left an application for a Fiat, but the lessor provided a Renault symbol citing the fact that it is the same. Naturally, there was no time to argue and we had to take it. Everything would have gone well, if one day the battery did not die when we were on a distant beach. We pushed the car to the nearest restaurant where, to our luck, there was an English-speaking employee. He summoned one of his friends with a car and they gave us a light. As the proceedings showed - the battery died due to opening the car door with the key (although the landlord insisted that I had forgotten to turn off the headlights - even if that was true, what kind of battery must the car have if it died in an hour with the headlights on)? Well the process of returning the car took a long time - waiting for it in the parking lot. good thing we weren't late for our flight
