First of all, no one met us. We had to call roaming, explain who we were, they checked, clarified. In the end we arrived twenty minutes later. When we got to the office, we formalized the documents, but they refused to accept the deposit in cash. We explain to them that the voucher says card or cash. They started to check something in the computer, found it, said yes, you can. Everything else went fine. We rented the car at 5 am, we were waited for in the office, we were taken to the airport, the deposit was returned. The main disadvantage was that we were not met at the airport.

I didn't actually get the car. When we arrived at the office, I wanted to take additional options, such as a second driver and full insurance. But the office staff told me that this was not allowed and I should have included all this when booking. And in the end I was offered another car

Emir met us at the airport and took us to the office to sign the contract - it is 8-10 minutes from the airport. The whole procedure took another 10 minutes and we picked up the car. I took a Renault Clio - clean, fresh. It was just right for Istanbul! I rented the car at the same place where I signed the contract. It took no more than 10 minutes. Emir also took us from there to the airport. I am completely satisfied with the service, I recommend it!

Overall an ok experience, however not without local flavor. Given the low prices one can forgive. The car, of course, was different, but OK. They asked me to take it early, I agreed on the condition that they would help me park it (it was in the center of Istanbul). A Turkish-speaking man came, gestured that I had parking problems and left, I had to solve it myself. It was good that there were no problems with the change at the airport.

The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!
