At first, of course, it was disconcerting that the price was much lower than in the well-known aggregators or rentals. But since we booked very late, there were no alternatives. The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much

Also the price was a little more expensive than on the site. As far as I remember the price on the website was in dollars. The owner of the car said that the price there in euros and recalculated in dollars and the price came out more than I calculated. But I repeat, the impression is purely positive.

We were met at the airport, were taken by a comfortable car to the parking lot of the rental company (about 10 minutes from Istanbul airport), quickly issued a car in accordance with the reservation. A week later we returned the car to the rental company parking lot and we were transferred to the airport without delay. It was very convenient that in the process of renting it is not necessary to pay for the use of toll roads, and at the time of returning the car you need to pay the total cost of travel on them in the office of the rental company. After ordering Opel Combo and the first installment we were informed that there were problems with this car and offered Opel Zafira. I agreed, as there is such a model for 5 seats.
