It was a delight to drive the car with cruise control, the first day 800 km without fatigue. Small disadvantage, when I got it, the remaining balance in the tank was at 60 km, I figured it out only on the road (I did not know the nuances of diesel). Since we do not know the airport of Istanbul, it was hard to understand where the representative of the rental company should be waiting for us. After 2 hours of calls to different employees, it turned out that the representative of the company that was supposed to meet us left for the office. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back. Further on the road we had a technical question about the car. We had to wait 3 days for an answer. At the moment of handing over the car employees were not in a hurry to draw up the documents, as they were drinking tea. We were also promised to be taken to the airport, but no one was going to hurry here either. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes and did not explain the reason for the delay. We said that we had already started check-in for the flight, but we were just asked to wait. In the end it turned out that we were just waiting for one more person to bring him to the airport. It is clear that the lateness of this person is not the fault of the renter, but it was possible to explain the reason for the delay.
