In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.
Dacia Lodgy in Turkey
We rented a Dacia Lodgy 7 Seater in July 2023. 3 adults and 4 children fit in the cabin, even 2 suitcases and hand luggage fit in the trunk. The car was delivered to us directly to the airport, but with a slight delay. Dacia was not afraid of the steep streets of Kalkan, the cabin was perfectly cooled by air conditioning. Roads in Turkey and interchanges are not complicated, so we recommend renting a car. You get complete freedom of movement. The next time we visit Turkey we will turn to the same company. We liked everything!

Everything went well. The chosen car was out of stock, we were warned about it and replaced it with a Renault Tailant. I was met at the airport with a sign and escorted to the car. The documents were filled out quickly. The price did not change. We took a deposit. The car is clean and in good condition. When we handed it over at the specified time, everything went quickly. The car was inspected and the deposit was returned. No questions asked

On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. There were no complaints during the rental. There was 1 moment, but quickly got an answer. Also on the day the car was returned, the deposit was returned/car was given back. Everything was great. We met, formalized, no pitfalls, Russian-speaking staff, or rather ours, Russians in general. The car is good, consumption 4.3 liters/100 km of diesel. The same and return, without any problems. We accepted the car, took it to the airport.

In general, my experience of renting a car from this company left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I should note the location of the rental outside the airport, but they provide a shuttle service to the pickup point. I was given the booked car - Fiat Aegean on diesel with 1.6 engine, which turned out to be in good condition, with low mileage. But the policy of issuing and returning the car with an empty tank is not convenient for the client. There were several negative points. One was the empty tank with "urea" (liquid reagent), which was not filled when the car was issued. This raised questions given that I had filled it up completely, but the urea level had not changed after 1000km. There was also a confusing situation with the insurance terms and conditions. When booking I chose the most complete insurance, but upon arrival I was informed that it was not complete insurance and tried to convince me that otherwise it was not reasonable for the company to rent the car for such a cost. Only after my insistence I was provided with the right insurance, promising to solve this issue with the site. There were no problems when returning the car, and I was promptly taken to the airport. Overall, the rental experience left a mixed impression. I would recommend this company, but you should be careful about insurance terms and additional charges for it.
