I chose the rental option with a $300 deposit, but when I got the car I was told that if I didn't take the full coverage, I would have to pay $50 to $100 for any scratch, for any minor scratch, if I didn't call the police. I said I would call the police, but was told that the police don't come because of a scratch and therefore I would have to pay. Then I asked how you can understand that this scratch was put by me, if every part of the car has scratches. It was explained to me that everything is documented on video and photos. I have rented a car very many times in Turkey and other countries around the world and never had a situation like this, rather it was always the opposite. I was worried about scratches on the car and asked them to indicate on the form when receiving, but since the rental cars always have minor scratches anyway and I was always told that if there is an accident or any damage, you need to call the police and there will be no problems, and about scratches do not worry, no one pays attention to them. So in this company you take a full helmet and then there should be no problems if you call the police in case of damage. But about small scratches you will have to bear responsibility yourself, because the police do not go to such situations, and the company will demand it from you. Otherwise everything is good! Met at the airport quickly! The office is 3 minutes from the airport. Documents will be processed quickly! I would like to wish you to correspond to the level of all world rental companies and give the opportunity to customers to rent a car with the possibility of a deposit, and not to impose full insurance, so that the client feels comfortable and can use all the options offered!

Picked up a Renault Taliant in Istanbul. On the day of pickup an employee met me at the airport and escorted me to the parking lot. The registration was done in 10 minutes. But we had to wait another 15 minutes for the car, but it was worth it. We rented a Peugeo 2008, 2023, with 23000 km of mileage. It was a delight to drive the car with cruise control, the first day 800 km without fatigue. Small disadvantage, when I got it, the remaining balance in the tank was at 60 km, I figured it out only on the road (I did not know the nuances of diesel). Thank you very much to the company for the car and quick execution of documents. The return was also without problems, the inspection took no more than 15 minutes and it was taken to the airport

The rental company delayed the car delivery for 2 hours, the car was not the one we had booked, it was dirty outside and inside, fuel was almost at zero. We checked in, drove out, soon an error appeared, we were shocked, we wrote to the rental company, to what they answered us: we gave you the car without an error, solve the problem yourself. In the end the error was tire pressure, we had to go to the service. The car fiat egia burns diesel as not in itself, on 700 km we spent 40 liters. Not economical car. And the conclusion of the review I will write that the change to us gave us such dollars, which were not accepted anywhere. With us worked employee named Burak. I do not recommend this company. Although we handed over the car without problems and quickly.

We were very dissatisfied not so much with the car, but with Mr. Huseyin, who is a representative of the company that provides the car on the spot (Izmir airport). We flew from Antalya and indicated this when booking, including the flight number. Of course, we arrived at the domestic terminal. Huseyin came to meet us in the international terminal. As a result - unnecessary negotiations and lost time. He took us not to the parking lot of the rental company, but to some apartment building. Also he did not have a terminal for payment with a bank card, although in the terms of rental on the site was such a possibility. Then he took from us extra 10 euros for the passage of the car on toll highways, explaining that the car has a built-in transponder for automatic payment and that the amount will be deducted from it and it is just it. There was no information about this payment on the website when booking. The car was all mangled. We took 26 pictures of the damage to document the current condition of the car. But it seemed to drive, and time was a pity, so we decided to take the proposed copy. But after the same day we noticed how wiped the steering wheel and gear lever were. According to the contract the car should have been manufactured in 2022, but we took it in January 2024. A car can't look like this after 2 years of use. We started to look at its technical ticket, and it says that this car is not 2022, but 2018. So it's a different car than we ordered, even though it was the same model. The mileage was listed around 97000 kilometers, but such a wiped steering wheel and gearbox lever said that the car has passed much over 150000km. When we wrote to Hussain about it, he just said that the 2022 car was being repaired and he couldn't give any discounts for an older and beat up car, nor could he change it. In normal rental companies there is a rule, according to which, if the ordered car is not available for any circumstances, then the customers are given a similar or better, but never worse, as we got. And Husein did not say it himself in advance, but tried to hide it. Also with time we realized that the wiper blades and left window washer did not work in the car. Fortunately at least this after a conversation with Hussein managed to eliminate, but for this we had to drive ourselves to a certain car service and again spend our vacation time. In general, we do not recommend dealing with this car supplier (Hussein) and his company.
