Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. The journey turned out to be truly magical thanks to the car. I managed to visit many places, enjoy the local driving style, so to speak, immerse myself completely in Turkish culture. Unlimited mileage has become the main parameter when choosing a service, and here it is included in car rental, you didn’t have to pay anything extra. The car itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. With pleasure we will use your services many, many more times when we are in Turkey, thank you!!! We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport. I liked everything, thank you very much for the service!

The vehicle is not as advertised. I took it for 8 days in June 2025. Drove it from Antalya to Fethiye. The year of production of the car is not 2023 but 2018. Mileage is about 130 t.km. The car was beaten up and done badly. The mounts of the left headlight are soldered, shine because of this into the ground - it is impossible to drive in the evening, you can't see anything. Under the hood is dirtier than in a pigsty. The air ducts are covered with tape. The engine is covered in oil and bonnet. We drove it to Fethiye. There Check Engine lit up, after which she lost 50% of power. We thought we would never go back. In general, I do not recommend it.

С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом
