Of the minuses: 1. booked a Renault Clio on diesel, they gave me a Hyundai i20 on gasoline with the wording "it is better. The car is actually not bad, clean and new, and the possible replacement is prescribed in the conditions of booking, but I would still like to choose, which "better". Well, and take into account the difference in fuel costs. 2. I got a car with an empty tank. The rest of the mileage - 40 km. "The last client did it this way". Unseemly. Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. In general, and do not have to, but in such situations, rely only on yourself. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. Therefore, it is four. It may be worth to choose others, it is up to you.

Fiat Egea in Turkey
We had a rest in Antalya from March 18 to March 30, because we are from Russia and there is no way to pay with a card. . And so we rented a car from localcarhire, everything went very very well. Well, in general, the car was not the one that was booked, they gave Hyundai accent instead of Ford focus, for some reason it seems to me that it is of a lower class than the focus, if I knew that they would replace it, I would not have booked it, but because I had to leave already , I had to take an accent, but everything is fine! The tires were from different manufacturers and with different patterns on the same axle at the back, not entirely critical of course, we drove normally, but still, this is not up to standard

The manager was in touch, the only disadvantage was that he did not immediately send confirmation of booking and payment. When handing the car back - everything went quickly and without complaints. Hired a Renault Megane Sedan at Antalya airport, dropped the car off at another airport. Everything is perfect! The car was in good condition and clean. There were a couple of nuances, but it's already small things. I'll write, maybe it will be useful for someone: 1) execution of the contract at Antalya airport on "knee", or rather on the hood of the car :). With this case should not be delayed, because, as it turned out, the time of stay of the car at the airport is limited, we ran out, so we could not leave immediately. It was good that the cash desk was next to the barrier. 2) I was worried that no one called in advance when we had to return the car, because we changed the time of return to earlier. I think it is important to coordinate the information about the return a day in advance. All in all - everything is great, only positive impressions, THANK YOU 🙏
