Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. We rented a Dacia Lodgy 7 Seater in July 2023. 3 adults and 4 children fit in the cabin, even 2 suitcases and hand luggage fit in the trunk. The car was delivered to us directly to the airport, but with a slight delay. Dacia was not afraid of the steep streets of Kalkan, the cabin was perfectly cooled by air conditioning. Roads in Turkey and interchanges are not complicated, so we recommend renting a car. You get complete freedom of movement. The next time we visit Turkey we will turn to the same company. There was also a problem with the fact that the car did not come to the hotel either, but we successfully found each other again, the car was checked and we parted, everything ended well. Despite some unfortunate coincidences, I am very pleased and plan to contact you next year if we are in the same region! thanks for your work!
