Everything went well: the representative met me at Istanbul Airport in the parking lot, he was on the phone, so it was quick to find him. Then he took us to the office, where I signed the contract, paid the balance and received the car. The car itself was certainly not in the best shape (all defects were documented) and in minimal equipment (aux output and Bluetooth were missing, I could not put my music). On the road, the car did not let me down, even a little pleased with the low fuel consumption (1000 km on one tank passed). I rented in another city, in Antalya, I wrote the address of the office near the airport, took the car without problems and EVEN did not take money from me for travel on toll roads (and I drove half of Turkey on them). Drove me to the terminal. Rating = a solid 4+ (I took without a deposit, but with extra payment for delivery = $200+-).

There are only nuances that when I got the car, the company did not know that I had taken out additional insurance and tried to "impose" their own, but we sorted it out. Also the price was a little more expensive than on the site. As far as I remember the price on the website was in dollars. The owner of the car said that the price there in euros and recalculated in dollars and the price came out more than I calculated. But I repeat, the impression is purely positive.

We were met at the airport, were taken by a comfortable car to the parking lot of the rental company (about 10 minutes from Istanbul airport), quickly issued a car in accordance with the reservation. A week later we returned the car to the rental company parking lot and we were transferred to the airport without delay. It was very convenient that in the process of renting it is not necessary to pay for the use of toll roads, and at the time of returning the car you need to pay the total cost of travel on them in the office of the rental company. Next time we will rent a car from the same rental company.

Unfortunately, the staff did not speak English at all, they also, citing a ban, did not agree to take me not to the airport, but the same distance into the city so I could take a bus to the bus station. But they were very kind and called me a cab. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything went perfectly, except for some nuances: the meeting party spoke very bad English, so it was too difficult to ask questions. Charged more than what was stated when booking... couldn't explain and find out what was involved, again due to the fact that he didn't understand much. Otherwise everything was fine. Met on time, drove and brought, the car was clean, not broken, fresh.

I rented at Istanbul airport for 8 days with return at the airport. I liked everything, the car is almost new (2000 km of mileage), there were no problems when renting and returning (there was full insurance without deductible). I found out the name of the rental company from the correspondence with the manager of aggregator. The office of the rental company is located on one of the floors of a huge 6-storey parking lot with other companies. The company works 24/7, so the return at 7 am did not cause any problems. Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The car was very dirty and with a complete lack of gasoline. We asked: where we can refuel, we were told that the empty tank is exclusively our problem. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager. Further problems did not arise!

Picked up a Renault Taliant in Istanbul. On the day of pickup an employee met me at the airport and escorted me to the parking lot. The registration was done in 10 minutes. But we had to wait another 15 minutes for the car, but it was worth it. We rented a Peugeo 2008, 2023, with 23000 km of mileage. It was a delight to drive the car with cruise control, the first day 800 km without fatigue. Small disadvantage, when I got it, the remaining balance in the tank was at 60 km, I figured it out only on the road (I did not know the nuances of diesel). Thank you very much to the company for the car and quick execution of documents. The return was also without problems, the inspection took no more than 15 minutes and it was taken to the airport
