Sık Sorulan Sorular
RKT is a small airport with fewer scheduled flights, but it operates 24/7 and we support Meet & Greet pickup in arrivals. Many RAK visitors instead choose pickup in Dubai (DXB) and drive the ~115 km / 1 hour up to RAK — the route has almost no tolls.
Pickup or delivery is available at any RAK city address, plus the main tourist resorts — Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi, Hilton Al Hamra, Waldorf Astoria, Marjan Island resorts. Central RAK delivery is usually free; remote desert resorts may carry a small fee shown at checkout. RAK Airport (RKT) is 24/7.
Yes. The major RAK resorts — Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi, Hilton Al Hamra Beach, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton Al Hamra Golf, the Marjan Island resorts — are standard delivery points for our RAK catalogue. Remote addresses outside the main resort clusters may carry a delivery fee of around AED 50–100.
Not on the current catalogue — cross-border travel to Oman is unavailable across our UAE fleet. The classic route is RAK → Tibat border → Musandam (Khasab), but it requires a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and extended insurance. Contact support before booking if this route is essential for your trip.
About 115 km / 1 hour via E311 and E11 — one of the cleanest inter-emirate routes in the UAE. There's no Darb toll on this route, and you only encounter Salik when you enter Dubai. Traffic outside Dubai itself is generally light.
Yes. Jebel Jais is the highest peak in the UAE (around 1,934 m) and the road from RAK city to the viewpoint is fully paved — a regular sedan handles it fine, no 4WD required. The drive takes about 1.5 hours one way. Temperatures at the top are 10–15 °C lower than on the coast, so bring a layer.
Roads are generally open and traffic is much lighter than in Dubai. On desert stretches toward Jebel Jais, watch for camel crossings (especially at dusk) and sudden crosswinds. Drive with extra margin, particularly after dark and during summer sandstorms.
