There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. Everything was fine. There was a small delay in the airport when we were trying to find a persn who are going to meet us and bring back to office. But except this all other procedures were quite fast. A men in office was very gentle and do a lot of efforts to find a baby seat for us which fits for my child. Finaly I got brand new nice seat. The car qulity was fine, I do not have any complaints. Drop off procedure was also very fast and gentle.
