Sık Sorulan Sorular
Pickup at AUH is 24/7 in Terminal A (the new terminal, opened 2023). It's a Meet & Greet handover — you're met in arrivals with a name sign, no shuttle needed. Please share your flight number at booking so the pickup team can greet you on time even if your flight is delayed.
It depends on the specific car. Some cars in our catalogue carry an off-hours airport pickup fee of roughly AED 100–200; many others have none. The exact fee for the chosen car is shown on the car card and in the price breakdown before you confirm.
Yes. Yas Island (Ferrari World, Yas Marina Circuit, theme parks) and Saadiyat Island (Louvre Abu Dhabi, museums, beach resorts) are standard delivery points for most cars in our AD catalogue — often included in the free zone or with a small fee shown at checkout.
Any address in the capital is available — Corniche, Al Reem Island, Saadiyat, Yas Island, Khalifa City, Al Raha. Central zones are typically free delivery; remote addresses carry a small fee shown at checkout. Airport pickup at Zayed International (AUH) is 24/7.
Darb is Abu Dhabi's electronic toll on four bridges: Sheikh Zayed, Maqta, Sheikh Khalifa and Mussafah. AED 4 per crossing during peak hours (07:00–09:00 and 17:00–19:00, Monday–Saturday), free outside those windows. A daily cap of AED 16 per vehicle applies. Every UAE-plated rental already has an active Darb tag — the provider bills your crossings after the rental, same as Salik in Dubai.
Effectively yes. Unlike Dubai — where drivers often rely on an informal ~20 km/h buffer — Abu Dhabi cameras trigger very close to the posted limit. Treat the speed sign as the actual limit. Fines for speeding in AD start at around AED 300 and escalate quickly.
Paid parking in Abu Dhabi is run by Mawaqif — you pay by SMS (zone code + plate) or via the Darb app. The standard rate is AED 2/hour. Paid zones are free on Fridays and on public holidays across most of the emirate.
About 140 km / 1h 15m via E11. Expect Darb charges on the Abu Dhabi side during peak hours, and a few Salik gates when entering Dubai. Traffic is heaviest 17:00–19:00 on weekday evenings.
Yes, it's a classic day trip — around 160 km / 1h 45m via E22. There are no tolls on this route, so only fuel and mileage count. Al Ain sits at higher elevation so summer temperatures are slightly cooler than the coast — a comfortable option in hot months.
