Car hire in Fethiye works across two distinct markets at the same time. One is the classic package holiday crowd — UK charter flights into Ölüdeniz or Hisarönü for a week. The other is the established British expat community in Çalış, Hisarönü and Ovacık, many of whom stay for months at a time. That’s why Fethiye runs all year round, unlike many other resorts on the coast.

DLM (Dalaman) is 50 km / 50 minutes from the centre via the D555 and D400 — the main airport for the area. Ölüdeniz is just 15 km away (20–25 minutes), Hisarönü 12 km, and Çalış Beach only 4 km from the centre.

Fethiye is compact, and the main attractions sit comfortably within a 100 km radius.
Ölüdeniz and Babadağ
Ölüdeniz is 15 km away. Belcekiz Beach and the Blue Lagoon remain the headline sight. Parking along the beach is ₺50–100 per day and fills up by 10 a.m. in summer — many people leave the car in Hisarönü and take the dolmuş down. Babadağ (1,969 m) is cable-car only.

Saklıkent and Tlos
Saklıkent (50 km / 45–60 minutes) is a dramatic canyon with a cold mountain river you can walk through in neoprene. Tlos lies 15 km further on — an ancient city with rock-cut tombs. Morning in the canyon, lunch on the wooden platforms above the water, then Tlos in the afternoon.

Butterfly Valley and Faralya
Butterfly Valley itself isn’t reachable by car. The options are a boat from Ölüdeniz (₺200–300 return, 45 minutes) or a steep walk down from Faralya. Any car can manage the road to Faralya. The final 2 km to Kabak is a dirt track, and most rental contracts forbid it.

Дзвонив комусь передавав трубку. Відмовилися брати заставу з карти. Сказали, що повертати будуть місяць або довше. Розвели на 100 доларів на повну страховку. І все одно взяли 300 доларів заставу готівкою. Потім голос у слухавці попросив відвезти водія до зупинки автобусної. Водила сів за кермо і поїхав 9 км у центр міста куди йому було зручно. Там мене і залишив у шортах, без майки і без поняття як мені повертатися в готель. Довелося брати таксі і їхати за таксистом. По поверненню приймальник відразу поліз під машину, що типу там якесь пошкодження. ПІД МАШИНОЮ!!!!!!! Я брав машини більш ніж у 40 країнах. Така шняга вперше. Сподіваюся і востаннє

Спасибі велике за сервіс, все пройшло відмінно. Машину було доставлено в аеропорт, на зворотному шляху в зоні вильоту співробітник забрав автомобіль. Оформлення зайняло мінімум часу, заставу повернули без проблем. Машина була в хорошому технічному стані, готовий рекомендувати сервіс друзям.

Все пройшло чудово! Машина нова, з купою корисних опцій (камера, парктронік, обмежувач швидкості і т. д.). Зустріли в аеропорту і також зустріли під час здачі автомобіля. Атакан весь час був на зв'язку. Дякую. Все сподобалося

З орендою все чудово. Машина була у відмінному стані. Єдине ми вказували, що здати потрібно було о 21:00, у підсумку машину забрали тільки о 22:30 приблизно.

Щодо оренди авто. Скористалися орендою на хендай i20 і хочу висловити подяку за чіткість у часі. Ніде не довелося чекати орендаря. Все розповів/показав. Проявив максимальну залученість у перший день видачі машини. Нас було 3 дорослих і дитина. Валізи як фокусник все розклав максимально акуратно і швидко. Дуже допоміг. Жодних нарікань під час оренди не виникало. Був 1 момент, але швидко отримала відповідь. Також у день повернення автомобіля, депозит повернули/машину віддали. Все чітко і по справі. Я б із задоволенням повернулася до ваших послуг у майбутньому 👍🏻

Усе пройшло добре. Обраного автомобіля не було в наявності, про це попередили і замінили на Renault Tailant. Зустріли в аеропорту з табличкою, провели до авто. Документи заповнили швидко. Ціна не змінилася. Взяли депозит. Машина чиста і в хорошому стані. При здачі в зазначений час теж усе пройшло швидко. Машину оглянули, депозит повернули. Жодних питань не було

Орендодавець був на зв'язку в вотсапп, повернення пройшло дуже швидко і без проблем. З Атаканом приємно було працювати, рекомендую його і ваш сайт.
Fethiye is one of the best starting points for one of the finest coastal road trips in Turkey. It’s roughly 300 km to Antalya along the D400, normally spread over 5–7 days with stops. One-way drop-off at AYT costs €100–180.

A typical week looks like this: Fethiye → Patara (75 km — Roman city and an 18 km undeveloped beach) → Kalkan (boutique hotels and sunset terraces) → Kaş (Greek islands on the horizon) → Demre (St Nicholas’s Church and the Lycian rock tombs of Myra) → Olympos (the eternal flames of the Chimaera) → Antalya (Kaleiçi old town).

For the route, a compact or mid-range car with an automatic is ideal. The D400 west of Kemer has plenty of switchbacks, long climbs and hairpin bends — a manual can tire the clutch leg in the Taurus mountains. The most demanding sections are Kalkan–Kaş and Kaş–Demre.
