Fiat 500 Cabrio in Albania
From the first day we got it, there were already three lights on the dashboard. We texted the guy who gave us the car, and he said it’s fine and everything’s okay. But soon after, the car started making weird cracking noises all the time. The engine was super heavy, then a fourth light came on. It was driving terribly the brakes barely worked, the engine was screaming like crazy, and it really felt like it could die any moment. We were honestly scared to drive it anywhere. Because of that, we missed a whole good day in Albania we didn’t even go to Ksamil as we had planned, we just stayed in Saranda. We left the car parked for one day, hoping maybe it would get better, but it didn’t. We only drove to the supermarket the next day to check if anything changed it was still the same. Then in the evening the owner brought us another car from Tirana (thank god!). But he still charged us for that day, even though we barely used the car at all. It didn’t feel fair, since the car was already in bad condition from the start. Also, the driver’s door didn’t open properly it was always stuck. Honestly, that cabriolet was just a disaster 😅

Volkswagen Golf 5 in Albania
just to let you know we are very desapointed with the car. First of all we asked for a golf 5 and we had a Touran which is more bigger and not modern. We did not have diesel inside when we get it and had to fill full,this is not really helpfull. Climatisation do not work well and we cannot charge our phone and no GPS inside. You must precise it before we book car. Moreover, we have a lot of signal light as oil to contrôle, airbag failure..we are not safe at all with this car. We also left with half a tank of gas, even though we had started with a car that barely had any gas!

Upon arrival at the rental company office we were told the car we booked 3 months in advance is not available. The company representative told us he can only rent a car that was more expensive (+10€/day). Then he asked us for deposit/credit card which also wasn’t in our original booking. When i disagreed, the representative asked us to pay extra insurance +27€/day (subject to no return). We booked the car 3 months in advance and we were not informed our car is not available beforehand so I presume this is how they trick the customers. When we expressed our disagreement with change in rental conditions they said we can go and look for other rental companies at the airport. Disappointing experience…

They changed a few things like finally the car was a Volkswagen Polo, they picked us up from the airport but didn't deliver the car until the day after... but the communication with Aldi was excellent and also we used a lot of petrol and very little and they refunded us the remaining money, I thought that was a wonderful action on their part that made us recommend them 100% without any doubt. We ended up very happy. Thank you very much!

It was not the best rental car and service from the Guy. So yes 🙂 They Lie about everything… The car: Broken airco with 39 degrees, no 5th gear, light Inside is broken, 1 of the 2 wipers that is broken, tub right front mirror falls continu off, rim is maked with waist rips, rim is falling while driving, no range for the radio, if you can tell me this is a normal car and normal service…. And your company text me before that we get not what we want; Fiat Punto instead of the Peugeot 307 we booked… and I allready told them that I needed airco. They told is was managed… The car was dangerous, way too hot and ready to be demolished. That afterwards you had the guts to rent it out. They have 100% never seen the car before. When we want to return the car, the lie to me. It was possible to bring the car back at 02.00 o clock. But in the last moment I had to pat 40 euro. Ridiculus. And the worst, when i don’t want to pay extra money… I was the Mother Fucker, They want to kill me and more… So I run away and I was really scared …
