Professional service, even though we had a delay of over an hour, Mr. Armand was waiting for us at the airport. The car was washed, it looked like in the pictures, on the last day of the rental, a message appeared in the car to add oil to the engine, Mr. Armand was under the car in 15 minutes and added engine oil so that we could still go to Durres. The car itself, Audi A6, is very comfortable and accelerates quite efficiently, it also has a reversing camera which helps with parking in the city. Great memories from renting a car, I visited all of Albania and Montenegro
Dacia Sandero in Albania
everything was fine. We ended up renting a Peugeot automatic instead of a Dacia, which was no longer available because it was rented. The Peugeot we rented was in pretty bad shape, it couldn't go uphill, the automatic transmission kept telling us that the car was going at very high revs (around 5000). In the end, we are happy to have rented a car, it took us home safely. Have a nice day.

The pick up and dropp off very quick, the lady who was dealing with us was amazing Very helpful so 5 stars for her The car itself - and I mentioned this to her - we didn’t have an AC and with the heat was horrible It wasn’t clean and they knew about it But it wasnt mentioned to us when we picked up the car And I think this a big minus considering you are in a hot country So this was not great considering the price we paid for the car

They met us in accordance with the arrangements at the airport, drove us to the office without any problems, processed the documents. They also helped us with refueling the car and there were no problems with returning the car at the appointed place and returning the deposit Now about the car itself, although I realize that this is probably the cheapest offer on the market and I have no claims, but in general. The car is burning a bunch of errors, the bumper was not fixed properly (fixed it myself when it began to sail strongly in the road and make an unpleasant sound). At one of the parking lots the ulems from the battery came off, the car stopped starting. There was a problem with the hood closing. And probably the most important thing - the car can be normally traveled on normal roads. We drove from Vlora to Saranda on a road that goes uphill - the car just wouldn't go. The speed uphill is 5-10 km per hour. It was a little bit exciting. But then again, as it stands, so it goes)
