From the first day we got it, there were already three lights on the dashboard. We texted the guy who gave us the car, and he said it’s fine and everything’s okay. But soon after, the car started making weird cracking noises all the time. The engine was super heavy, then a fourth light came on. It was driving terribly the brakes barely worked, the engine was screaming like crazy, and it really felt like it could die any moment. We were honestly scared to drive it anywhere. Because of that, we missed a whole good day in Albania we didn’t even go to Ksamil as we had planned, we just stayed in Saranda. We left the car parked for one day, hoping maybe it would get better, but it didn’t. We only drove to the supermarket the next day to check if anything changed it was still the same. Then in the evening the owner brought us another car from Tirana (thank god!). But he still charged us for that day, even though we barely used the car at all. It didn’t feel fair, since the car was already in bad condition from the start. Also, the driver’s door didn’t open properly it was always stuck. Honestly, that cabriolet was just a disaster 😅

The car I rented is not the car I received. When you met your coworker to pick up the car, it was the wrong car. I waited with her for 1 hour until another car arrived to replace her. This new car wasn't that car either, but I didn't want to wait any longer for another car to arrive since I had already wasted time waiting. They gave me a VW Sharan car. The rear tires were very bald and the air intake filter kept falling off while driving. Your colleague with whom I dealt was informed of the problems. Luckily, the car didn't break down and my wife and I were able to continue our vacation.

First of all, the fact that we were specified (maybe even paid extra, honestly I do not remember) meeting with a sign at the airport, no one met us, no one contacted us that no one to wait for. After they were contacted by phone, we were discounted a point on the map where to go. To this point 1.4km on foot in the heat with suitcases, I repeat that I ordered a meeting at the airport with a plate 2. Having reached this point, there was no one waiting for us there again. After a call was said, wait, anyway your car is not there yet 3. Two people came to us after 40 minutes, who were walking around us all this time, all 40 minutes, that is, they were there, but they did not even come to us. They said that Seat Altea is not available, they will give us another one (honestly, I do not remember which one they offered, but it was very small). We refused, because we had 4 adults and luggage, so we initially ordered a bigger car. 4. After that they offered us a dead, old Mercedes, which we agreed to, there was nothing left. 5. On the 3rd day on the road this car got up, we called a tow truck, took it to the garages and during 3-4 hours it was made, we burned excursion, we were not offered a substitute. No cafe near the garages, nothing, rain, the day of rest was lost 6. In the end, we agreed to turn in the car in Tirana. At the appointed time again no one came. They said to put the car in the parking lot (it is there, respectively, paid). We paid for parking until the time of their arrival.

We never received the car we had ordered on the website: it turned out that the car was stalling in first gear, so of course we gave up on a faulty car. After spending 2 hours, having reviewed many options, which were lower class and in worse condition than the car we ordered, we were still offered a good option to replace it. Although the main reason for ordering Peugeot 207cc was because we wanted a convertible. And the replacement was with a normal roof. But the main thing is that it is fully technically working. So my impressions of the lease were mixed, to be honest.

We rented a Volkswagen Jetta for 11 days. We drove all over the country and enjoyed every minute of the trip (over 1500 km!). The car was great and the service from the company was outstanding! Delivery and pickup was great, and they even let us borrow the car for an extra few hours in the evening to help us cook dinner, which was too far to walk on our last night. Communication was mainly via WhatsApp and was always very clear and prompt, even in the late evening hours. If we ever visit Albania again, we will definitely rent a car again and will definitely recommend this company to everyone. People like this make you feel truly welcome in this country. Thank you!
