There were no problems at first, but when we moved to another city, the problems started. We got a car that we had an accident on because the tire on the car was 15 years old and burst during a trip to Saranda. The tires were installed incorrectly because the tires were installed in pairs and they were not. Each tire was different. There was no emergency stop sign when the tire was replaced, which is a basic feature of the car. We had to pay 200 e for having old tires, no triangle and the resulting accident, and it was impossible to appeal despite police intervention. We would have been happy if it wasn't for the fact that we paid money for insurance that didn't really work. Contact with you or the landlord was good, but the experience with the rental company itself was not good.

The parking meters didn't work, it was stressful every time I parked. Also the car was half fueled, and how do I navigate how much I should fill up before handing it over. There was more than 10 liters left in the tank from what I took and no one gave me my money back. Overall the car is ok, but these points ruined the whole experience!
