Upon arrival at the rental company office we were told the car we booked 3 months in advance is not available. The company representative told us he can only rent a car that was more expensive (+10€/day). Then he asked us for deposit/credit card which also wasn’t in our original booking. When i disagreed, the representative asked us to pay extra insurance +27€/day (subject to no return). We booked the car 3 months in advance and we were not informed our car is not available beforehand so I presume this is how they trick the customers. When we expressed our disagreement with change in rental conditions they said we can go and look for other rental companies at the airport. Disappointing experience…

The organization of the meeting and return went without problems. However, the return to the airport was complicated by the breakdown of the VSC system, the engine stalled several times during the remaining 150 kilometers. After driving a few kilometers, of course, the car did too. I had warned in advance that the RAV4 had leaks, including from the axle, as well as increased oil consumption in the engine, requiring refilling for 13 days. Upon returning to the airport we went for service. Nothing else and your staff were in touch. Best wishes.

Your website worked well. But my impressions of renting a Golf 5 car were negative. First, at the specified point where the car was supposed to be, it was not there. When we started to call and write to the guys who were supposed to give us the car, they said to wait for them. They were half an hour late. Then we noticed that there was no child seat in the car, which we ordered ahead of time, and then we waited for half an hour until they brought it. In total they delayed us for an hour. Secondly, we ordered an automatic transmission, but we were given a car with a manual transmission. Thirdly, the car from the first minute of the lease had no low beam and we had to drive at night with high beam headlights. It was very unpleasant, all oncoming cars included us also high beam, than blinded me as a driver, and I blinded them with my high beam. The air conditioner in the car worked, but at the fourth speed of the fan it worked very loudly. Yes, that it was impossible to have a conversation in the interior of the car. The battery was very bad and several times the car could not be started. Until it had been standing for a few minutes. Well on top of that after three or four days of rental the gearbox started to work worse and worse and in the last few days it almost didn't work anymore. We thought that we would not be able to get to the place where we were obliged to give the car, but once we did.

The car was nice but the air conditioning didn't work well and it was less comfortable than the Golf, I ordered the Golf. All in all it was good Except for the air conditioning

I would not recommend them. They do not accept your creditcard as payment. In my case I had a car insurance when paying by card and they refused it, only Euros in hand. The car was dirty on delivery and they did not give me time to check the car for scratches. On pickup we had washed the car and the guy told me there was a scratch on the rear bumper which I refused to take responsibility for. So cheap rental but you may be in a lot of trouble in the very aggressiv and inpredictible traffic situation in Albania. Best regards Per Erling.
