For the rest, they tried to make the management as good as possible and after other difficulties in understanding each other, everything was arranged well. I pick up the car in Tirana 40 minutes later becouse the guy was late. The car wasn' t cleaned up and with empty fuel. After 300 km the car shows me to fill AD blue but the problem was in tube or dpf filter..I had to visit servis in Ksamil and the service man told me that. I can send you pictures. But I caused a small demage to the front bumper, the demage was estimated at 130 eur which I also paid..🙂 I think that they have to check out the car before pick up by customer and they have to be sure that the car is clean and suitable for travelling
