I have to point out that we got an alternative car (Ford Fiesta with a 15 min delay) and not Golf 5, which was a bit of a surprise, since I didn't expect that to happen. The car was ok and I can recommend other people to use TakeCars for a car rental.

Everything was fine with the car, but the rental company communicated extremely poorly. Our flight was postponed to the next day, so I had to change all my reservations. In order not to be unsubstantiated and not to make any mistakes, I asked if it was possible to get a refund for the first day, as it was not our fault if the company postponed the flight - of course with supporting documents. The rental company started talking about all their customers, although I only wanted a yes or no. After a long discussion he eventually said he would refund us 30 euros but not 40.
