Panda was not 4x4 but a normal Panda with no AC and zero possibility to lock with the key. The local support replace the car after 3 days with a ford Fiesta. Unfortunately, after 24 hour we received an alert by the engine light. The support replace also this car with another Panda…. So, in my opinion those care was pure thrash but the local support was always kind and professional with us. best

we rented this car and we were very happy with it. Everything went perfectly. We were met at the airport and the car was already waiting for parking. A big plus for us was that we could pay by card. The guy Amarildo is very courteous and funny. He speaks good English, explained everything, advised us where to go and was always in touch. The car itself is my new love! 😄 Now I want one for myself. We were satisfied with the trip and will gladly recommend your site to friends. Thank you!

The car itself was great, clean inside and out. the running gear was also good. I returned the car at the airport. Everything was fine with the car, but the rental company communicated extremely poorly. Our flight was postponed to the next day, so I had to change all my reservations. In order not to be unsubstantiated and not to make any mistakes, I asked if it was possible to get a refund for the first day, as it was not our fault if the company postponed the flight - of course with supporting documents. The rental company started talking about all their customers, although I only wanted a yes or no. After a long discussion he eventually said he would refund us 30 euros but not 40.
