I have to point out that we got an alternative car (Ford Fiesta with a 15 min delay) and not Golf 5, which was a bit of a surprise, since I didn't expect that to happen. Everything went smoothly, with a few issues. We received a different car ( Dacia). The Opel was in for service. When we returned the car, we discovered we had to pay extra for gas we didn't use. This was partly our fault. It was night, and I didn't check how full the tank was before picking it up. The staff who picked up the car didn't seem very friendly, which is more than I could say about the guy who gave it to us.
