In order not to be unsubstantiated and not to make any mistakes, I asked if it was possible to get a refund for the first day, as it was not our fault if the company postponed the flight - of course with supporting documents. The rental company started talking about all their customers, although I only wanted a yes or no. After a long discussion he eventually said he would refund us 30 euros but not 40.
