The parking meters didn't work, it was stressful every time I parked. Also the car was half fueled, and how do I navigate how much I should fill up before handing it over. There was more than 10 liters left in the tank from what I took and no one gave me my money back. Overall the car is ok, but these points ruined the whole experience!

First of all, it was not a WW POLO, but a FORD FIESTA. Except for the fact that the car got locked with the keys four hours away from Tirana (I was in Xamil 😅 ), everything else went pretty well. I'm still waiting for the 100 euro deposit I put in when renting.

The rental was good. The car was delayed 40 minutes and one of the headlights did not work. When we took it to the mechanic, they said it was a bigger issue and they needed to bring the car in to fix it. Besides that the experience was good. The car was upgraded and the communication was nice ☺️

The car itself was fine, a bit fragile for the ways there to be honest. Also, apparently we were tracked (maybe with an AirTag) somehow, that we found a bit weird. But booking a car via the platform was easy , so I would do that again

Unfortunately, the chosen car was not available, but I was provided with a car of the same brand, a different model and an older year of manufacture. Overall everything was ok. My low beam bulb burned out, I replaced both bulbs at my own expense. Unfortunately, there was a convenient mount for a phone in the cabin, so I bought it and left it there. In terms of comfort and handling, the car was of good quality, albeit with a broken suspension, but... I drove on smooth roads, I didn’t feel it. The car was received and returned at the airport, everything was clear, as agreed. I hope that at least once your customers will receive exactly the car they chose on the website. When registering, I recommend that you send your clients by email, along with the voucher, some description of the traffic situation and discipline in the place where the car will be used, recommended car service, gas stations, car washes. This will make the tenant feel a little more confident. Thank you!!!!
