There was one issue at the end – we parked the car in a private parking spot (with Indrit’s approval), but then we received a fine because he apparently didn’t pick up the car. We received the car literally in three minutes.Auto in perfect condition for 20€ per day - Volkswagen Polo 1.4 petrol, automatic transmission, 2013.Gasoline is expensive (somewhere 1.8€ per liter), but per 100 km less than 5 liters, although we drove in the mountains, and once arranged a race with motorcyclists for 30 kilometers on mountain serpentines - they were more lagging behind than trying to overtake. I recommend it to everyone and will use it in the future!

They changed a few things like finally the car was a Volkswagen Polo, they picked us up from the airport but didn't deliver the car until the day after... but the communication with Aldi was excellent and also we used a lot of petrol and very little and they refunded us the remaining money, I thought that was a wonderful action on their part that made us recommend them 100% without any doubt. We didn't have a good experience with the car we rented. Somebody from your office crashed the car that we rented when he came to pick us up from the airport. After a long wait we got a replacement car. But it turned out that the reverse gear barely functioned. It was really terrible to drive, and was quite dangerous a couple of times. The when we returned the car, the guy there suddenly said we would have to pay for a car wash. It was not discussed beforehand that we would have to return the car completely clean. Normally that is not the standard when renting a car, so this was very strange. We didn't agree with it. Eventually we got our deposit back, but then the guy said that we had to pay a lot of money for the parking ticket, and we should give that to him. Luckily we knew that was a lie, and went to pay the ticket ourselves, which was 300 lek. It was a very unpleasant encounter. All in all I have to say that it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this company to someone else, unfortunately. Kind regards, Merel
