The experience was not a good one. The contact was always on call, but the machine gave us trouble. We asked for a car with change, they gave us an automatic. It was obvious that the car was not new, with a few dents, even a fog light was missing, but the worst part was the technical condition of the car. One Sunday the brake fluid level alarm went off and we had to look for a place to buy oil and top it up. A few days later, the brakes started making a lot of noise and the support staff said it was normal because they had changed the pads shortly before. They continued to make the noise until they returned the car, and only then did they realize it wasn't normal. Every time we filled up the gas tank, the car wouldn't start right away and we had to press the gas pedal for a while (which we didn't know until we called for help).
