Everything thing went fine, easy pick up and no issues with the car. The only problem was the Y1 car park at the airport was not accessible when we had to drop off the car. If we had been in a rush then it could have been a problem. I know this is nothing to do with the car rental, however maybe a plan should be communicated in case this happens in the future. Everything was fine until the return of the car, we agreed to meet near the airport at 9:30. My flight was at 11:10. About what I told in advance to the person who will take the car. The man was 30 minutes late, I had to leave the car and run to the flight. At first he said that he would be in 15 min, then 7-8 total 30. Our family, and we have a child 3 and 12 years old, missed the flight. We were at the gate to the plane at 11:05. We were not allowed to get on the plane. Bottom line: since the airplane flies to Vilnius twice a week, it is pn and pt, we had to take tickets for pt -360 €, accommodation 300 euros not to mention the additional payments. No one compensated us for our lateness. So we are not very satisfied

Thanks! Everything went great, however, it was not a Suzuki Swift, but a Nissan Note, but this is even better. I am very pleased with the service, the car was picked up / handed over at the airport, not even in the parking lot, but right next to the exit from the terminal. Lack of collateral and deductible is ideal, I will continue to choose the same options. Before that, I used other rental services, but during the pandemic they became significantly more expensive. I didn’t like only one thing - the need to wash the car before delivery. It's easier for me to pay the top ten, because on the way to the airport it is unpleasant to stand in line for a car wash at a gas station and be nervous about lost time.

There was a problem with picking up the car. The car was supposed to be waiting for us at the airport at 5 a.m., but no one was there. We tried for more than an hour to get someone from the agency, because no one answered the phone. Finally, when we established a connection, they came to pick us up. Everything else was fine.

The car was not looking so great when it was delivered. Service was very good. It was a shame they had to come so far away. There was no incidents with myself. I just think the car itself was a bit rubbish but the service was excellent I do have some photos of when it was delivered. It was not a problem. Just the usual scuffs and scrapes. There are more pictures. The guy was very nice and he collected it without any problems and there was no additional damage from myself. There are other marks on the vehicle too. I think that the car needs to be newer
