1. The car 🚘 was fine- drove well. 2. The delivery and return events were poor 3. The driver was an hour late to deliver, and the car was filthy and had less than a full tank, we demanded both be done which added another hour. These delays bothered our vacation. 4. On return, we changed return to the day prior but there was no reduction in rental rates.. 5. The man receiving the car was difficult and demanded cash as opposed to credit card for the half tank fill up- told me he had no money 6. very unprofessional

Unfortunately, it was snowing really hard, the car was covered in snow and the roads were really slippery so we didn't use the car much at all. The transaction was smooth no complaints. Honestly don't know if the road was really bad or there was something wrong with the tyres but it was very slippery so the driving experience was not very good so 4 out of 5.
