I recommend LocalCarHires for a trip around Montenegro. The manager was waiting at the airport exit, completed the paperwork in 2 minutes and handed over the keys. Convenient that the deposit is only 100€ and can be given in cash. We traveled around Montenegro in our Hundai I20 without any problems. Thank you for the quality service!
