Excellent service. Arranged payment details in advance. Arrived on time, quickly formalized. The car was a different model, but the same class, in good condition and with low mileage. On return also quickly inspected the car and returned the deposit. Took and returned the car with an empty tank. No pitfalls, everything is clear as written in the terms and conditions. Recommended.

We ended up having a different car - I was told about it a couple weeks before we arrived, but I have no complaints overall. The car was a similar size (Lodge of sorts- can't remember the name) - and in pretty good condition. Everything suited us. The organization of delivery/release of the car is also convenient. There is not much more to say). If we go to Maroocco again, we will contact them again.

It went well. Just some delay to get the correct car but we were warned before hand. We got a Fiat Doblo (or similar not sure of exact model anymore), went to go some shopping with it then meet a couple hours later at a Gaz station to get the Duster (after return of previous renter an car wash). Small other point. We had issue with our flight company that had delayed our flight of 3 days. When we mentioned it to adapt the rental, we did not receive a response quickly. Otherwise everything fine. Duster was clean and in good state. People to get the car from were easy to find on airport parking (after contact via WhatsApp).

I was advised by a friend to try TakeCars and Aissam , and honestly, I was skeptical at first. I even cancelled my Sixt rental to give this a shot and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived at Agadir airport, I was picked up and greeted with super professional service. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. The real surprise was the car upgrade: I drove away in a brand new 2025 sedan, super reliable and smooth, far beyond my expectations! Communication was always clear, and it felt very premium throughout. A tip for future travelers: car washes in Agadir close at 6pm. I didn’t need one since my journey was just back and forth from the airport to my surf house, but it’s good to know. Honestly, excellent experience from start to finish. If you want peace of mind and top service, don’t hesitate, highly recommended!

No complaints about your service and the car I received. Everything is great. We ordered a Renault Duster and received a brand new Renault Arcana automatic and a hybrid. Just a wonderful car. Four people and four large suitcases are quite tidy. The hybrid saved us a lot on fuel. Thank you so much 🙏 10 out of 15 all super. The pick up and drop off process all very prompt👍

I was very satisfied with the service. I was met right at the airport. The car was excellent. We had half a tank of gas at the start. Payment was taken in cash. I didn't need a card. The price is super reasonable. No problems at all. In the end, everything turned in 5-10 minutes. I definitely recommend the service!

I rented a Sandero, diesel. Prepaid on the website. Took it to Casablanca. I paid the rest on arrival. Inspected the car, took photos, signed the contract. The car was washed, when handing over did not have time to wash, just paid extra. I recommend to cooperate. But the traffic in Marakesh and Casablanca is for experienced drivers
