Rent a Dacia Duster

The rental itself and the car were fine, but unfortunately I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with the rental company regarding my security deposit refund. At pickup, they asked me to pay the deposit in cash because their POS was broken. They then charged it through a POS belonging to a friend from another company. At drop-off, the paperwork confirmed the deposit would be returned — but that was many days ago. Despite several follow-up emails and messages, I still haven't received it back. They keep saying I need to wait for the bank's processing times. I also asked them to provide the ARN or RRN code so I can track the refund transaction, but they haven't provided it. No complaints about your service and the car I received. Everything is great. We ordered a Renault Duster and received a brand new Renault Arcana automatic and a hybrid. Just a wonderful car. Four people and four large suitcases are quite tidy. The hybrid saved us a lot on fuel. Thank you so much 🙏 10 out of 15 all super. The pick up and drop off process all very prompt👍
