We rented a car. We found the office quickly, we did not use the car delivery to the hotel. We had to wait, but it was very long, about 40 minutes. At the beginning they said that they were preparing it, but in fact it was standing there. The engine was cold)))). Acceptance was fast enough and fair, even the manager himself showed the defects in the car, which we did not notice. The main disadvantage was that the windshield was covered with something, to be exact, the whole car was covered with some protective compound, and when they covered it, apparently, they forgot to cover the windshield. It's like glue and fine sand. And it doesn't come off, we tried it. During the day, when driving, it was fine, but at night it turned out to be extremely bad, also when the sun was right on the course. Otherwise - everything is normal. Handing over the car was also quick. The manager looked at the absence of new damage. We washed the car before handing it over. Gasoline was even a little more than it was. We liked it. No deposit. We prepaid with a MIR card and paid in cash, we paid in dirhams.
Mitsubishi Attrage in the UAE
We rented a car for 4 days. We booked the cheapest option Mitsubishi Attrage, with car delivery and full insurance. The car was in good condition delivered on time. There is a flaw in communication we were contacted on the day of booking only asked for paperwork and on the day of delivery. It was unclear if everything was in order and if the car would be there. Before returning if the car is dirty it needs to be washed. Washing takes a lot of time, it takes 2-3 hours. All the damage to the car was fixed in a questionnaire and sent to the post office. Payment of toll roads(salik) not immediately, they then send a link to pay. If you do not have a foreign card, it is problematic to pay in cash. They say to leave as much as you think necessary, and how much you have traveled is not clear at all. In general, the experience is positive, I liked everything.

Renault Megane Sedan in the UAE
Good afternoon. Using the platform, I booked a Renault Megane in the UAE (Sharjah region). The rental company provided the car without any problems. However, when I returned the car, I found two scratches on the bottom of the bumper, which were definitely not my fault (or I inspected them inattentively, as they were on the bottom of the bumper). It seemed strange that during the inspection the representative immediately paid attention to them and did not examine the car further. Despite the insurance "FULL CASCO" (by the way, no insurance documents were not actually given to me) I was obliged to compensate for the damage. If you count on the insurance, then it is necessary, according to them, to go to the police and make a report on a minor accident, which is not possible, because there is no time, vacation with children and they are not left alone. The renter's representative said you could download an app, but it wasn't working (then I checked the website and it worked), which the representative most likely knew. The cost of reimbursement of two scratches was taken "out of thin air" and was not confirmed by anything (consultation with the office), no act was drawn up, except for the car return sheet, which had the appropriate marks on the scheme. I paid 525 dirham, the representative wanted to take cash, but I insisted through the terminal to make it official. Waited for the terminal for about an hour (brought another representative). Checked the fines, toll roads - all in the end I returned the car. But
Ford Mustang GT Cabrio in the UAE
I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.
