In general, everything is fine, but there are a few remarks: 1. Our rental started at 9:00. We arrived at the appointed time to the address indicated in the voucher. Not finding anything resembling an office where they can rent cars, we called the number that was indicated by the contact and explained who we were. There was a feeling that at the other end of the wire they were a little surprised by our call, but they promised that we would soon have a car. They brought her in 20 minutes later. The delay is small, but still there. 2. The car was not the one that was booked. We were supposed to rent a Subaru Forester but ended up with a Subaru Crosstrek. They explained this to us by the fact that Forester had not yet been returned by the previous tenants. For us, this moment was not critical, and we agreed to what was brought to us. But if it was important for us that we had a four-wheel drive car, then the situation would be unpleasant. There were no questions about the condition of the car: everything was fine. 3. Car wash: we were told that upon return we would have to pay 30 GEL for it. Although when booking we understood that we would have to pay something, it would still be better if we were warned about this when booking. It is also worth noting that the car was not perfectly clean when we received it. And the price for the sink itself seemed to me quite overpriced. There is an option where you can return the car with more gasoline than it was when you received it, but, in any case, it is better to find out about any surcharges when booking. Summarizing, I can say that the impressions of the rental are rather positive, with the exception of those points that I indicated above: there were no problems with the owner, with the car, too, no one tried to “throw or breed” for money.

The order was for a Passat but when we arrived in Kutaisi no one met us, after several calls it turned out that the Passat was out of stock. But within an hour the dispute was solved. I agreed to the Prius, the owner made me a discount and no deposit. On the eve of departure called the owner and agreed to meet at 03.00 at night to transfer the car (departure at 05.00), but no one came and did not answer the phone, I had to leave the car in the parking lot at the airport. But the anger has passed and I am even glad that everything happened like that. The car is looked after and well-groomed. The owner is a good man, you can see that he tried to solve the problem with the Passat. Though he didn't come to the airport, I'm not angry with him (he is still young and wants to sleep). In general, I am grateful to him for the car!
