Porshe really dissapointed us. The biggest problem was the condition of both cars- that trying to repair first car (porshe), took from us a lot of time, that we couldnt travel, waisted time in batumi waiting to change the car, several times we had to change our travel plans because of car (sad) Infinity was a little big better, but no air conditioner was working, but it was not so bad. Porsche was in really bad condition.

The car is 2019, the Crossstrack Subaru is new, clean fresh interior, the technical characteristics corresponded to those stated on the website. The time of registration in the airplane took 15 minutes, the whole time of the lease the company was in touch and wondered if everything was in order with the car. It is very convenient that the price included all possible full insurances. Next time we will definitely take a car only from this company. I recommend it as a reliable one with a high level of service.

The online booking went very smoothly. The communication about the drop off was good. The delivery of the car, check out process and condition of the car went smoothly. The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.
