The service in General was really good. The day before the pick-up someone contacted me via WhatsApp (in english) with clear instructions where to Pick up the car. Our car was switcher by a mitsubishi outlander sport of the Same construction year, due to some last minute service needs on the forester. Our car was in good shape there were no issues driving it. The only thing that bothered us was the service light that was warning us the whole length of our trip. But it didnt affect the driving. Delivering the car on the last day of our holiday went really smooth as well.

The car arrived on time as promised at my hotel in Tbilisi. We have travelled quite extensively for 10 days (1700 Km) and the car worked fine. Near Vardzia I have lost all the engine oil due to a looase oil drain plug. The wonderful people of Georgia took me to the nearest village to get new oil and an improvised plug (I am after all a mechanical engineer). This type of failure may happen even to a brand new car. I highly recommend Grigol for the support and service. We have lost only 4 hours overall.

They have provided me Toyota Rav4. There was an airbag alarm but overall was OK. I was driving ~800 km without any issue

It wasn't Toyota. You changed fir Hyundai. We didin't travel a lot , so gas wasn't much expencive then hybrid Toyota. Apart from that everything was ok. Nice driver, he dropped us to the airport. Thank you.

Drove Subaru Forester, the car delivered clean and on time. The owner of the car provided free GPS and a child seat. In general, I drove 700 kilometers, the car did not disappoint me neither in the Kazbek mountains nor in Sighnagi. On pickup the owner of the car did not ask for a deposit)) this was a big plus for me. In general, I do recommend it!

We had an Elantra for 7 or 8 days, the process was quite straight forward, easy to communicate with the agent and driver in country, very responsive. Car was not in the greatest condition but was acceptable, had winter tires as requested, and they gave me a set of plastic chains. i had an issue during the rental period, where the battery died one morning. i contacted the agent in charge and he sent somebody to jump start me since i did not have any jumper cables. i ended up buying a set up cables and leaving it in the car few recommendations for winter time: provide a set of jumper cables in the trunk, one set of proper metal chains as well in case needed and also provide some car leaning brush and tool, to help the driver clean the car of snow these things cost few dollars but will make life much more easy for the driver, and more convenient. so i don't have to run around and find cables, car cleaning brush etc
