I rented a Peugeot 2008, not a Citroën C4. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not in good technical condition. There were constant knocking noises while driving, and the gearbox had serious shifting issues. In addition, the multimedia system was not working at all, so it wasn’t even possible to play music. Overall, if I were to rate the car on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it 2 out of 5. The reason I gave it 2 points is that, despite all these issues, the car did not break down or leave me stranded, and it was fuel-efficient. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration and that more attention will be paid to the technical condition of the vehicles in the future.

Everything went great! The car was delivered to the airport on time—though it was a Skoda Octavia, which is one class higher than the 955. I didn’t have any problems with the car during the 11-day rental. Thank you! We returned the car at the airport as well. The driver was running late for the return, so we took photos of the car and left the key at the agreed-upon spot. Thanks again for your trust—it’s very nice to see such great customer service. When planning a trip to Montenegro, one of the first and most important tasks is renting a car. On vacation, you expect only one thing from services like this: to spend as little time as possible on paperwork, while still receiving high-quality service. I chose this company largely on a whim, but I haven’t regretted it for a second. I made the reservation and paid the deposit online; they met me at the airport, signed the contract in five minutes, gave me some introductory information, and off I went… toward new experiences…In addition to Montenegro, we spent a few days in Bosnia—no problems at all, including when crossing the border. By the way, they upgraded our car to a higher class. I’ll definitely use their services again when the opportunity arises.

I rented a car for 10 days. I was given a higher class car, but the condition is far from ideal. I did not expect anything else, given the lack of a deposit. The representative had to wait for 15 minutes, but the fault of the airplane arrived earlier. Surrender took place on the principle of keys on the front wheel and goodbye. Just in case we took a picture of ourselves, that you were not tricks. The car, although shabby, but did not let me down, in general, I recommend the service, but do not wait for new cars.

In fact, there were two stressful situations that occurred during the rental car. 1) When we were still at the airport in Poland, the rental company wrote to us on WhatsApp that due to traffic jams they would not be able to arrive at Podgorica airport, but after about 15 minutes they replied that it was a mistake and the car would be there. 2) Upon arrival in Podgorica, a staff member came to pick us up and escorted us to a five-seater Opel Insignia sedan (there were six of us, each with a suitcase and backpack). We lost almost 30 minutes because the employee tried to convince us that we could ride in the car with six of us and that if we did, his supervisor would fine us even if we wanted to, because we wouldn't fit with our luggage. Finally, when I offered to cancel the contract and demand a refund of the deposit of about 30 euros, he offered an idea and gave us a second car, so we ended up with an Opel Insignia and a Citroen C3. The next day we spent several hours waiting for both cars to be exchanged for the agreed VW Touran. The car was generally in good condition, except for a warning to shut off the engine due to low oil pressure that came on about every 15 minutes. But overall, considering the price and the fact that after numerous requests the owner finally offered an alternative solution in the form of a second car to get to the hotel, it was fine.

car was mostly fine. Couple of times it seemed like automatic trasmission glitched a little bit, but it happenned only once or twice, and usb port in the front was not working- would be great if it could work. Everything else was ok.
