Renault Clio 4 in Serbia
I ordered a Renault Clio4 diesel manual, but they replaced it with a higher class - Opel Astra diesel automatic for the same money. At the appointed time a TakeCars employee was waiting for us at the airport parking lot, as agreed. We traveled in September 2024 from Belgrade to Montenegro and back. All in a circle of about 1500 km. The car did not let us down. In the mountains the diesel pulls very confidently. Full tank is enough for 700-750 km. (the price of diesel 1,42 euros). Seating behind the wheel and on the front passenger seat is very comfortable. The trunk for things for two people is quite enough. Air conditioning and other systems of the car worked well. From the minuses: a dent on the rear left wing; tire pressure sensor is not working; the button for adjusting the side mirrors is broken. In summary, I am satisfied with the use of this service. We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

It went a little better than abysmal. The rental company didn't send the car. Because, according to them, they didn't know about my order because either the confirmation didn't come from you, or they didn't see it. After long negotiations they changed their version and said that they knew, but the driver did not wait for me, although the flight was not late and I left 30 minutes after the plane landed. I ended up sitting an extra three hours at the airport and got the car. Mesedes was as old as possible, but diesel and on automatic. On the last day of the lease, the check engine light came on and has not gone out. I gave up and crossed myself. In general, I got the car as I wanted and it did not break down. But I was nervous.

We rented a car for 10 days. Instead of an Opel Astra, we were given a Shkoda Scala. The car was in excellent condition in the interior and technical part. Not bad on the whole; the BMW was provided by the owner for inspection - but its condition left much to be desired. Apparently realizing this, she suggested a replacement - a VW Passat, which was rented. There were no complaints about it during the rental period, and no breakdowns or other troubles occurred.
