The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!

Overall it's good, except the cost of the fines cost a lot more than the cost of the rental. It would be cool if there was some sort of manual on what to pay attention to. Instructions on how to pay in parking machines, instructions on how to pay a fine in the local traffic police, UAE id, some general information that Yandex maps do not show current road repairs and you can accidentally violate because of this, information that Yandex maps lie about free parking, maybe recommendations of the best navigators for the Emirates... spent half of my vacation on figuring this shit out instead of having a rest. The bill for payment of toll roads, already comes on return to Russia, respectively dancing with tambourine how to pay, maps RF do not pass. There are no complaints about the staff in the office in Dubai, polite, helpful, trying to help.

In the end we rented a Toyota Corolla, in general the condition is not bad, but a lot of scratches on the outside and inside stains on the upholstery (we fixed everything ourselves and in the documents). Receipt was in BC, no signage, barely found with the help of an employee! I suggest to add a sign on the internal window in the common hall and to specify details in the message in e-mail. To surrender the car it was necessary to park it somewhere near the BC, wait for 15 minutes and put a signature on the tablet of the receiving employee: everything is in order. In general, everything was satisfactory, the car was well-equipped (I requested cruise control and it was there, they also connected a smartphone to the stereo), price-quality, we rented the car with hull insurance, no deposit.

We rented a car for 4 days. We booked the cheapest option Mitsubishi Attrage, with car delivery and full insurance. The car was in good condition delivered on time. There is a flaw in communication we were contacted on the day of booking only asked for paperwork and on the day of delivery. It was unclear if everything was in order and if the car would be there. Before returning if the car is dirty it needs to be washed. Washing takes a lot of time, it takes 2-3 hours. All the damage to the car was fixed in a questionnaire and sent to the post office. Payment of toll roads(salik) not immediately, they then send a link to pay. If you do not have a foreign card, it is problematic to pay in cash. They say to leave as much as you think necessary, and how much you have traveled is not clear at all. In general, the experience is positive, I liked everything.
